Chablis Louis Jadot - France ABV 12.5%

Chablis is one of the best known wines in the world and Louis Jadot produces a lovely one here. The chardonnay grape is used to produce a soft creamy dry white wine with a little buttery smoothness but without the oak associated with some New World Chardonnays. This is a perfect wine with grilled or baked fish and fish pie. It also goes extremely well with most chicken dishes especially those in a white wine sauce.
