Diemersdal Unwooded Chardonnay

Chardonnay, dry, being unwooded opens the buttery softness of the grape. Too many Chardonnays have been overoaked which masks the full experience of this grape which was at one time the most favoured grape out there. These unoaked or lighter oaked examples offer the grape in its unspoilt form which won so many loyal followers. Try the Chardonnay again, you might just re-discover it.
