Diemersdal Unwooded Chardonnay

Chardonnay, dry, being unwooded opens the buttery softness of the grape. Too many Chardonnays have been overoaked which masks the full experience of this grape which was at one time the most favoured grape out there. This wine from Stellenbosch is dry and full bodied with light buttery notes, citrus and butterscotch characters balanced with subtle well integrated oak.
