30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Dry, delicate and smooth, Saint-Evremond Brut has a pale straw colour and a fine mousse. The nose has floral aromas reminiscent of acacia and ripe pear fruit notes. On the palate are flavours of brioche, honey and pear syrup, and the finish is long and elegant. Overall, Saint-Evremond Brut is a delicate and smooth and is a Champagne with good maturity and character.
